Our dedicated team of skin specialists are available to provide on-site skin checks for corporate clients.
A skin check is where your skin is examined with a Dermatoscope and MoleMate SIMSYS to check for any abnormal skin lesions.
Our comprehensive skin check are performed by a qualified female specialist nurse qualified to do skin checks (dermoscopist), who will provide you with feedback at the end of the consultation.
On arrival you will be asked to fill our registration form and risk factor questionnaire. These forms are essential during your initial assessment.
Once you have completed the forms, you will guided to one of our consulting rooms at Claris Clinic, or a private area provided to us by your employer during our Claris@Work on site skin checks.
You will be asked by our female dermoscopist to get undressed down to your underwear and a comfortable gown will be provided.
The skin check starts by reviewing the main areas you are concerned about, followed by a full examination from the top of your head down to your toes covering areas such as your eyelids, mouth, hands and feet as well as finger and toe nails. Your back, chest, upper and lower limbs will also be examined.
We use a dermatoscope attached to a mobile devise to facilitate direct access with our Dermegine software allowing instant digital photography of moles or blemishes that pose a concern or require regular tracking.
Every mole or blemish identified that requires a further look, will be analysed by our MoleMate SIMSYS skin technology which captures, analyses and streamlines data. This non-invasive and rapid system captures dermospic, blood supply, pigment, dermal, collagen views integrated with 40x magnification allowing an in-depth analysis 2 mm inside your skin.
MoleMate is non-invasive, provides 95.5% diagnostic accuracy reduces unnecessary surgery and follow ups, gives immediate results, and detects all five elements that may identify early forms of melanoma and non-malenoma skin cancers.
Finally you will be asked to get dress and a clear explanation of the findings will be provided allowing time for questions, education and explanation of further treatment or follow ups needed.
If in need of treatment we provide you with continuation of care by seeing one of our specialist Claris Group surgeons or a full digital report is available for you to see your GP for further care.
